About Me
My name is Kiko Arceo, a husband, father, and artist of Chamorro, Filipino, and Samoan heritage. I was born and raised in San Jose, California, and have lived in Hawaii, Missouri, and other parts of the world while serving in the U.S. Army.
My tattoo journey began in 2007, after being medically discharged from the military. I needed a way to support my family of five, and I turned to what I knew best — art. I first tried designing shirts, but it didn’t feel right. I had always drawn tattoo designs for friends, so I decided to pursue that as a career path. After being turned down for apprenticeships, I taught myself a wide range of skills, from tattooing and machine tuning to sterilizing equipment.
My dad was my first brave canvas in our kitchen, and from there, friends and family trusted me to grow. Seventeen years later, I’m still here, creating, evolving, and blessed to share my gift with anyone who gives me the honor of wearing it for life.
My work blends Polynesian, Chamorro, Filipino tribal, Samoan, Aztec, Taíno, Asian, realism, black & grey, fine line, and illustrative styles — each design built with purpose, balance, and flow that connects body and spirit. For me, tattooing isn’t just putting art on someone; it’s revealing what was always meant to be there.
This craft is my sanctuary, a space built from the grind and given from the soul. Tattooing is my way of sharing a gift from God, a gift that allows me to give something meaningful back to you. Every piece is a reflection of faith, heritage, strength, and identity, created with respect and intention.
